Our view is that a consulting practice can either work for, or alongside, its clients. We have chosen the latter. We always endeavor to involve our clients in the teams we create for each new assignment. This often occurs back in the planning stage, when we create a business plan for the project together.
Connecta’s clients are usually perceived as large Nordic corporations that need to change. In practice, this means that we collaborate with some of the most renowned corporations in Sweden and the Nordic region such as Ica, Länsförsäkringar, Sony Ericsson, Apoteket and Vattenfall.
So we can deliver the maximum customer benefit, we work very closely with our clients and in partnerships with other businesses to complement our skills. These range from large IT corporations like IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and SAP, through entities in our own corporate sphere like Qube and Techta, to other partners.
By working as closely with our clients and partners as possible, we gain the biggest pay-off on our own and others’ combined skills and experience. We also generate greater overall impetus for innovation and change.
Another positive aspect of working so closely is that we ensure the maximum exchange of best practice - in both directions. The net effect is that our clients gain more specialized advisory services, while our consultants sharpen their skills more quickly.
But the most important factor is that close collaboration brings better prospects of complex change gaining internal support and thus having its full impact.
